Welcome to Taste of Kansas City Food Tours. By booking a tour, purchasing a gift card, or using our website (tasteofkansascityfoodtours.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Reservations

  • All tours require advance booking.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Tour availability is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
  • If Taste of Kansas City Food Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are delivered electronically (e-certificates) only.
  • Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable but fully transferable as long as they are still valid.
  • Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

Dietary Restrictions

  • At this time, we are only able to accommodate vegetarian dietary restrictions.
  • Other dietary needs or allergies cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of our restaurant partners.
  • Guests are encouraged to contact us prior to booking with any questions.

Tour Experience & Participation

  • Tours involve walking approximately 2 miles on mostly flat terrain.
  • Guests are responsible for wearing comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing.
  • Alcoholic beverages may be included in certain tastings; valid identification may be required.
  • Guests are responsible for their own conduct and consumption during the tour.

Additional Purchases

  • Guests may purchase additional food or beverages at tour stops at their own expense.
  • Taste of Kansas City Food Tours is not responsible for purchases made beyond the included tastings.

Liability Waiver

By participating in a tour, guests acknowledge that walking tours and food tastings involve inherent risks. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release Taste of Kansas City Food Tours, its owners, guides, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
